Custom‑configurable to satisfy diverse customer and application requirements, these motors are built on a proven mature modular platform. They can fulfill a wide range of demanding operating scenarios and support highly‑specialized customized configurations.
AMI modular induction motors comply with relevant international standards. They support both direct‑on‑line (DOL) startup and variable‑speed drive (VSD) operation modes.
The motor adopts welded steel frame construction. Standard available combinations of cooling system and protection grade include IC01 / IP24W, IC611 / IP55 and IC81W / IP55, with standard shaft heights ranging from 400 mm to 630 mm. Both horizontal and vertical mounting types are optional.
The technical data shown in this catalogue is based on 50 Hz operation. Nevertheless, the motors can run under 50 Hz and 60 Hz power supply, delivering synchronous speeds from 500 rpm to 3600 rpm.
