1. Product Overview
Our in-house engineered YX series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors draw on over three decades of independent R&D and production expertise.
In recent years, upgrades to insulating material performance, adoption of low-loss silicon steel sheets, refined production craftsmanship, plus iterative structural optimization have collectively cut the motor’s overall energy loss by roughly 20%, delivering a marked boost in operational efficiency.
Fabricated from premium raw materials via standardized manufacturing workflows, this motor lineup boasts standout merits: superior efficiency, low power draw, minimal vibration, stable continuous operation, plus simple installation and hassle-free maintenance.
Its power ratings, electrical performance, mounting dimensions and tolerance ranges fully align with IEC34-1 international standards for rotating electrical machinery, alongside universal mechanical industry specifications.
This motor range offers five distinct enclosure protection ratings: IP23, IP44, IP54, IP55 and IP56, all compliant with IEC34-5 standards governing rotating machine enclosure protection. The base IP23 variant can be modified to IP44 (duct ventilation layout) or IPW24 (weatherproof configuration). Custom protection grades are also available upon customer request.
Three standard cooling configurations are supplied for this motor series—IC01, IC81W and IC611—all meeting IEC34-6 cooling classification rules for rotating equipment. Alternative cooling structures can be customized to match unique application demands.
Standard protection tiers differ by sub-series: the base YX series (IC01) comes as IP23; YXKS (IC81W) and YXKK (IC611) ship as IP44. All models can be upgraded to IP54, IP55 or IP56 protection as required.
The standard construction and mounting layout is IMB3 (horizontal base-mounted), fully compliant with IEC34-7 guidelines covering motor mechanical structure and mounting formats.
