High Efficiency Three Phase Asynchronous Motor for Industrial Equipment
Three‑phase asynchronous motors, also known as three‑phase induction motors, are powerful, high‑efficiency AC workhorses built for diverse industrial and commercial scenarios. They deliver steady, smooth power output for all types of mechanical equipment and are among the most widely adopted drive motors across industries.
The Y‑series three‑phase asynchronous motor represents an advanced, updated design. It features a totally‑enclosed, externally fan‑cooled squirrel‑cage construction. Boasting modern styling and compact layout, this motor offers low noise, high efficiency, ample torque and excellent starting performance. Simple structure brings great convenience for daily operation and maintenance. It applies Class‑F insulation engineered per international insulation standards, significantly lifting overall operational safety and reliability.

Built with premium raw materials including robust cast steel housings and high‑grade copper windings, three‑phase asynchronous motors guarantee long‑term service life. Optimized electromagnetic design achieves outstanding energy‑saving performance, cutting power draw while maintaining full output capacity.
Besides rugged build and high energy efficiency, these motors feature straightforward installation and commissioning. They can interface with multiple control systems, supporting flexible operation as well as precise regulation of speed and torque.

Structural Features
- The Y‑series motor frame adopts a combined square‑round outer profile with vertically and horizontally arranged heat‑dissipation ribs, mainly in cast‑iron construction. Models H63‑112 can also be supplied with die‑cast‑aluminum housings.
- It uses shallow‑type end shields with increased quantity and dimension of internal reinforcing ribs, primarily cast‑iron; H63‑112 versions may use die‑cast‑aluminum. Non‑stop oil replenishing fittings are fitted for frame size H180 and above for easier operation and overhaul.
- Terminal box reaches IP55 protection grade. H63‑280 terminal boxes are mostly aluminum‑alloy die‑cast (cast‑iron optional), while H315‑355 adopt cast‑iron boxes. A dedicated grounding terminal is built inside the box. Thermal‑protection mounting positions are reserved for H160 and larger frames. Cable entries adopt dual‑hole layout with two sealing forms: sealing cap and locking‑gland seal. The terminal box normally sits on the top of the frame and allows multi‑direction cable entry; for cast‑iron‑frame motors H80‑355, side‑mount terminal‑box installation is also an option.
Application Scenarios
Three‑phase asynchronous motors drive pumps, machine tools, fans, mills, crushers, rolling mills, compressors and a broad spectrum of other industrial machinery.
They are widely deployed across national‑economy sectors: machine processing, water pumping, ventilation, compression equipment, mixing devices, printing equipment and agricultural & food‑processing facilities, for environments free of flammable, explosive or corrosive gases. Typical industries include power generation, mining, steel & metallurgy, petrochemical, water conservancy, transportation and building‑material production.
